David joined Manchester City Academy at 7, spending 13 years at the club. He helped secure the Nike World Cup and 2008 FA Youth Cup and was twice named on the first-team bench before moving to Peterborough United in 2011. With over 400 matches across the English Championship, League 1 & 2, and the A-League, his career highlights include three playoff promotions at Wembley and Old Trafford and a 2015 Puskás Award nomination.
Through David Ball Football, he aims to create a positive, high-performance environment, helping New Zealand’s footballers reach their full potential on and off the field.

With a professional football background in England and coaching experience across New Zealand and Australia, Brad specializes in developing players’ skills, confidence, and resilience. He began his journey in youth academies like Leeds United and Manchester United before earning a scholarship at Bolton Wanderers. After playing senior football in England’s semi-pro leagues, he pursued opportunities overseas, competing in New Zealand’s ISPS National League and Australia’s NPL across QLD, Victoria, and Sydney. Brad’s coaching philosophy blends technical excellence with mental toughness, helping players refine their skills and build the mindset needed to succeed at the highest levels.

Tomás, hailing from football-passionate Chile, brings extensive experience in both men’s and youth football. In 2023, he led Island Bay to Central League promotion before becoming Director of Football and Men’s First Team Head Coach at Waterside Karori in 2024.His mission is to inspire a love for the game through structured programs, intensive training, and mindset development—infused with South American flair. “I am committed to developing the next generation through energetic, engaging sessions, bringing dedication, expertise, and a strong work ethic to enhance every player’s skills.”
Seth, a Wellington native, grew up immersed in both football and futsal, starting his youth journey at Island Bay United. He had the chance to compete at high levels in both sports, playing for Waterside Karori in the Central League and representing Capital Futsal in the Futsal Superleague since 2019. Additionally, he spent time in the United States, where he played futsal semi-professionally, gaining invaluable experience abroad.Now back in Wellington, Seth is dedicated to learning from the coaches and players surrounding him, aiming to grow both as a player and a coach. He truly values being in an environment that challenges him to improve and takes pleasure in sharing his knowledge and experiences with others.

James began his football journey in Bradford City’s center of excellence, where he trained from the ages of 9 to 16 before being released. Following this, he competed in non-league football with Farsley Celtic and later relocated to the United States, where he both played and coached. At the age of 23, James moved to Wellington to engage in National league football with Stop Out Sports Club. Although he spent one season in Melbourne, Wellington has remained his home base since then. Throughout his coaching career, James has attained several notable qualifications, including an honors degree in coach education and sports science, a personal training certification and a qualification in mental health counseling. Currently, he serves as the head of men’s football at Stop Out Sports Club.
